We at Horses a Better Way believe in the humane treatment of all animals - including horses.
In conjunction with For The Horse Equine Rescue, we are making an effort to change the way horses are perceived and treated. There are many people concerned about horses, what makes us different is that we are focused on horses in industry - specifically the Thoroughbred industry.
The great majority of horse owners do love their horses and care about them as members of the family. Unfortunately this attitude is lost when horses become business "assets"
It is our belief at HBW that only by showing that treating horses in accordance with their true nature and with their welfare in mind, can be profitable, will significant change occur. Our goal is to demonstrate that fact.
